Naoki Fukuka

Learned basics of engraving techniques from one of the best traditional craftsmen in Japan.
He then moved to Europe to study British, French and Spanish architectural styles, culture and arts. After involving in designs and works for multiple collection brands, in 2007 he established his own collection Gardel.

 
 
 
 
 

デザイナー 福田直樹／日本屈指の伝統工芸師のもとで物作りの基本や考え方、彫金技術を学ぶ。その後、渡欧しイギリス、フランス、スペイン等の建築様式、文化、アートを学び、その経験をもとに数々のコレクションブランドのデザイン、制作に携わる。2007年、自身のコレクションGARDEL（ガーデル）を発表。
